Sugar Free Nutella Crepes To-Go

 

Ending August with a bang by making these delicious Sugar Free Nutella Crepes that you can grab on the go! Using our Hazelnut Butter, ChocZero Dark Chocolate Chips, Sukrin Monk and Sukrin Icing you can easily make these!

 

Ingredients:

Crepes:

4 oz Cream Cheese

4 Eggs

3/4 cup Almond Flour

2 tablespoons Sukrin Monk

1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

Pinch of salt

Oil or butter for the pan

 

Nutella:

1 cup Hazelnut Butter

1/2 cup ChocZero Dark Chocolate Chips

 

Topping:

Pinch of Sukrin Icing

Strawberries

 

 

Instructions:

Crepes:

  1. Link a plate or baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Mix together the cream cheese, eggs, almond flour, Sukrin Monk and almond milk
  3. Let sit for 5 minutes
  4. Heat up a skillet on medium-low heat
  5. Use oil or butter to lightly cover the surface of the pan
  6. Once hot, spread about 1/4 cup of the batter (depending on size of pan) thin across the surface of the pan
  7. Let cook until the edges are cooked and slightly brown and can be flipped
  8. Cook the other side until lightly browned
  9. Put on parchment paper covered plate and layer the crepes with parchment paper as they come off the pan
  10. Fill with Nutella (I also added chopped up strawberries) and roll
  11. Drizzle top with extra Nutella, strawberries and Sukrin Icing

Nutella:

  1. Melt ChocZero Dark Chocolate Chips
  2. Mix together the ChocZero Dark Chocolate Chips and Hazelnut Butter until combined
