A: Buy with Prime allows our Sukrin customers, with Amazon Prime memberships, to purchase eligible products with the Prime promise of fast, free delivery and an easy checkout experience.


Q: How do I make a purchase using Buy with Prime? 

A: On participating products you will see the Buy with Prime logo; clicking on it will prompt you to sign into your Amazon Prime account, which will then populate your payment and shipping details on the checkout page. You will then receive an email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation email with a link for tracking.


Q: Who handles the delivery? 

A: When purchasing a product through Buy with Prime, Amazon will handle the packaging and delivery of the product; with the promise of the fast and free delivery that Prime members are familiar with.


Q: Where can I check the status of my order 

A: You can check your order status by clicking on the link in your shipment confirmation email, which brings you to your order details page. For Buy with Prime purchases, you cannot see or track orders on your Amazon orders page or in the mobile app.


Q: Do I have to be a Amazon Prime member in order to use Buy with Prime? 

A: Yes, you must be an Amazon Prime member in order to make purchases through Buy with Prime. If you are not a Prime member, you will have to make the purchase with fulfillment and delivery provided by us, NO free shipping included.


Q: Do I have to purchase the product through Buy with Prime? 

A: No, if you would rather purchase the product with packaging and delivery handled by us, just add the product to your cart and checkout. However, please note SHIPPING WILL BE INCLUDED in order total, with an estimated delivery of 10 business days with Standard Shipping or 2 to 5 business days with FedEx Premium Shipping.
