Low-Carb Poppy Seed Rolls with Sukrin Bread Mix

Sukrin gluten, yeast, milk and wheat free Bread Mix is enriched with cream cheese in this recipe. The resulting rolls are even softer and more substantial than regular Sukrin Bread, and adding cream cheese makes the mix go further too. You can make a whole 8 filling rolls here, more than a weeks worth of lunches!! Lovely as a low-carb breakfast treat filled with nut butter and sugar-free jam, or as a lunchtime snack with soup or your favourite filling.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Mix 1 box of Sukrin Bread Mix with 1 1/4 cup of water, 7 oz of cream cheese and 1 t Sukrin sweetener (Granulated, Gold or Sukrin:1).

With wet hands, divide the dough into 8 equal portions and form to rolls. Sprinkle with poppy seeds, place on lined cookie sheet and bake for approx. 45 minutes.

Keep leftover rolls in the fridge or freezer and re-heat for best results.
