Caramel Craze – Caramel Fudge with Nuts

With the end of March comes the end of our Caramel Craze recipe series. But never fear caramel lovers, we’ve got the ultimate easy-to-make caramel treat just below!

This Caramel Fudge recipe is just absolutely to die for! It has this nutty, creamy caramel taste – and it literally melts in your mouth. No weird aftertaste of any kind, with no way of guessing this is sugar-free. And on top of all that: it is very easy to make!

Ingredients:

7 oz. of Sukrin Caramel Syrup

1.7 fl. oz. of heavy cream

2 tbsps. of butter

5 oz. of coarsely chopped nuts (I used 1/3 almonds, 1/3 cashews, and 1/3 pistachios)

A pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Mix Sukrin Caramel Syrup, butter, and cream in a small pot and boil gently until it thickens and becomes like caramel. Estimated time is 15-20 min., but keep an eye on it.
  2. Add the nuts and a pinch of salt to the pot.
  3. Stir while boiling — it will quickly become a sticky mass.  Pour onto a piece of parchment paper or into a parchment covered pan.
  4. Place in refrigerator. The fudge can almost immediately be cut into pieces of your desired size.

Enjoy!

Optional: Keep fudge stored in fridge; wrapped in parchment paper.
