Low Carb Flourless Waffles

 

Wrapping up April with our last Waffle Wednesday! This week our President, Pernille, has used Sukrin Monk, Sunflower Seed Butter and our NEW Sukrin Maple Syrup to make these yummy little flourless waffles!

 

Ingredients:

4 tbsp Organic Sunflower Seed Butter

2 eggs

2 tbsp baking powder

½ tbsp vanilla flavor

2 tbsp Sukrin Monk or Sukrin Icing

Sukrin Maple Syrup

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your waffle maker.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix together the baking powder and Sukrin Monk or Sukrin Icing.
  3. Slowly add in the eggs and mix until combined.
  4. Add the Organic Sunflower Seed Butter and vanilla flavor and mix.
  5. Pour batter into the waffle maker, be careful not to add too much.
  6. Once done put on plate and let it cool.
  7. Top with butter and Sukrin Maple Syrup and enjoy!
