Due to recent policy changes with the United States Postal Service (USPS), our refund/replacement process for packages delivered by USPS has changed.
If you receive a package with damaged and/or missing items you must KEEP all items, plus the packaging. After you have contacted us about the missing and/or damaged items we will inform you when to take the package to your local Post Office for inspection.
We CANNOT begin the refunding or replacement process until we receive confirmation that USPS has inspected the package.
