Keto French Toast

Time to wrap up Toaster Thursday with our Media and Marketing Manager’s Keto French Toast! This classic recipe is full of Sukrin’s best products!



1 box Sukrin Protein Loaf Mix

1 ¾ cups water

1 egg

1 tablespoon almond milk

1 tablespoon Sukrin Gold

1 tablespoon butter

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

½ teaspoon cinnamon



Sukrin Maple Syrup

Sukrin Icing






  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Mix Sukrin Protein Loaf Mix with water.
  3. Leave to thicken for 5 minutes.
  4. Place on lined cookie sheet for 60 minutes.
  5. Let cool completely.


  1. Slice up loaf into thin pieces.
  2. Mix together the egg, milk, vanilla, Sukrin Gold and cinnamon.
  3. Soak slices in the egg mixture.
  4. Melt butter in medium pan.
  5. Cook slices in pan until golden brown.
  6. Add toppings of choice, I used strawberries and blueberries.
  7. Drizzle with the NEW Sukrin Maple Syrup.
  8. Sprinkle Sukrin Icing on top for added sweetness.
