Sugar-Free Strawberry Limeade
The temperature is climbing and summer will be here before we know it! What better way to combat the summer heat, than with a nice cooling drink?
This Sugar-Free Strawberry Limeade recipe is sure to do the trick with it’s deliciously fruity and limey flavor.
You can even add a little alcohol to this recipe to turn it into a great party drink.
Ingredients:
Strawberry Simple Syrup
1 1/2 pints strawberries, rinsed and cut into quarters
1 cup of Sukrin Monk Fruit
2 cups of water
Limeade
1 cup of lime juice
2-3 cups of ice
4-5 cups of cold water
Directions:
- In a small pot combine strawberries, Monk Fruit, and water over medium heat. Bring to boil and let simmer for 15 minutes.
- Remove pot from heat and let cool to room temperature (may take 50 to 60 minutes to cool)
- In a blender add ice, strawberries, simple syrup, and lime juice. Blend until smooth (sweeten with more Monk Fruit or lime juice to taste).
- Serve with ice.
