Sugar-Free Strawberry Limeade

The temperature is climbing and summer will be here before we know it! What better way to combat the summer heat, than with a nice cooling drink?

This Sugar-Free Strawberry Limeade recipe is sure to do the trick with it’s deliciously fruity and limey flavor.

You can even add a little alcohol to this recipe to turn it into a great party drink.

 

Ingredients: 

Strawberry Simple Syrup

1 1/2 pints strawberries, rinsed and cut into quarters

1 cup of Sukrin Monk Fruit 

2 cups of water

Limeade

1 cup of lime juice

2-3 cups of ice

4-5 cups of cold water

 

Directions: 

  1. In a small pot combine strawberries, Monk Fruit, and water over medium heat. Bring to boil and let simmer for 15 minutes.
  2. Remove pot from heat and let cool to room temperature (may take 50 to 60 minutes to cool)
  3. In a blender add ice, strawberries, simple syrup, and lime juice. Blend until smooth (sweeten with more Monk Fruit or lime juice to taste).
  4. Serve with ice.
