Keto Cinnabon Waffles

A new months calls for a new series! This month we are doing Waffle Maker Wednesday! Our first recipe is by our Media and Marketing Manager, Taylor, and it is Keto Cinnabon Waffles!




1 Egg

4 tablespoons Almond Flour

3 tablespoons Sukrin Monk

2 tablespoons Butter (melted)

1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder

1 teaspoon Cinnamon

1 teaspoon Vanilla



4 tablespoons Cream Cheese

1 1/2 tablespoons Sukrin Icing

1 tablespoon Heavy Cream

1 teaspoon Vanilla


Cinnamon Sugar:

1 tablespoon Sukrin Monk

1 tablespoon Cinnamon



  1. Turn on waffle maker.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix together the almond flour, Sukrin Monk, butter, baking powder, cinnamon and vanilla.
  3. Once the waffle maker is ready, pour waffle mix into the waffle maker and close.
  4. Cook until light changes to green (Approximately 2 minutes)
  5. Repeat until batter is gone.
  6. While waffles are cooking, microwave the cream cheese for about 30 seconds.
  7. Mix together melted cream cheese, Sukrin Icing, heavy cream and vanilla.
  8. In separate smaller bowl, mix Sukrin Monk and cinnamon.
  9. Place waffles on a plate and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar
  10. Drizzle with the cream cheese frosting.
