Keto Cinnabon Waffles
A new months calls for a new series! This month we are doing Waffle Maker Wednesday! Our first recipe is by our Media and Marketing Manager, Taylor, and it is Keto Cinnabon Waffles!
Ingredients:
Waffle:
1 Egg
4 tablespoons Almond Flour
3 tablespoons Sukrin Monk
2 tablespoons Butter (melted)
1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Icing:
4 tablespoons Cream Cheese
1 1/2 tablespoons Sukrin Icing
1 tablespoon Heavy Cream
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Cinnamon Sugar:
1 tablespoon Sukrin Monk
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
Directions:
- Turn on waffle maker.
- In a mixing bowl, mix together the almond flour, Sukrin Monk, butter, baking powder, cinnamon and vanilla.
- Once the waffle maker is ready, pour waffle mix into the waffle maker and close.
- Cook until light changes to green (Approximately 2 minutes)
- Repeat until batter is gone.
- While waffles are cooking, microwave the cream cheese for about 30 seconds.
- Mix together melted cream cheese, Sukrin Icing, heavy cream and vanilla.
- In separate smaller bowl, mix Sukrin Monk and cinnamon.
- Place waffles on a plate and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar
- Drizzle with the cream cheese frosting.
