Take a ride on the sweet and spicy side with this delicious no sugar-added chutney!

A popular condiment originating from India, this chutney combines the fresh taste of mangos, peaches, and pears with the spiciness of jalapenos to give you an unforgettable dish.

You can use this chutney as a marinade, or a baste with meats, to give it that extra kick.

Ingredients:

1 Mango (skin removed and cut into cubes)

2 Peach (cut into cubes)

1 Pear (cut into cubes, seeds removed)

2 Jalapenos (1 cut into pieces with seeds intact, 1 cut into pieces with seeds removed)

2 tbsps. of Minced Garlic

2 cups of Sukrin Bake

1 cup of Distilled White Vinegar

salt and pepper to taste (I used 1 tbsp.)

Instructions:

  1. Cut up the mango, peach, pear, and jalapenos. Set aside.
  2. Bring Sukrin Bake, salt, pepper, and vinegar to a boil in a pot. Boil until sweetener dissolves, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and simmer, uncovered, for an hour. Stir occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat and serve.

Enjoy!
