Sugar Free Cinnamon Sugar Bites To-Go
Cinnamon Sugar Breakfast Bites

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Sukrin Defatted Almond Flour
- ¼ Cup Sukrin Sesame Flour
- 4 1/2 Tbsp + 2 tsp Sukrin Monk, divided
- 2 Tbsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 Egg white
- 2 Tbsp of preferred oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, stir together the Sukrin Defatted Almond Flour, Sukrin Sesame Flour, 4 1/2 Tbsp of the Sukrin Monk, cinnamon and salt until well mixed.
- Add in the egg white and oil. Using your hands to bind the mixture together until moist, form into ball.
- Place half the dough between two large pieces of parchment paper and roll out thin.
- Cut rolled out dough into 3/4 inch squares and gently transfer to the prepared sheets.
- Sprinkle the remaining 2 tsp of Sukrin Monk over the squares, add a dash of cinnamon if preferred, and bake until they just turn golden brown, about 5-8 minutes. They burn very quickly! Watch closely. They will not initially crunchy when coming out of the oven.
- Let the squares cool on the pan completely and enjoy your morning snack by itself or add your milk alternative and enjoy as a cereal.
