1 packet of Sukrin Fiber Loaf Mix
1 1/4 cups of water
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Separate the eggs and whisk egg whites to a meringue consistency.
- Pour water and egg yolks into a bowl, then add the loaf mix and combine. Fold in egg whites
- Split the dough into 6 equal pieces. Damp your hands and shape flat hamburger buns. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
