Low-Carb Hamburger Buns with Sukrin Loaf Mix

Easy to use with no kneading or proofing required, you’ll have at least 6 hamburger buns in under one hour.
While we used our Sukrin Fiber Loaf Mix for this recipe, you can use any one of our loaf mixes with no need to change the recipe.
1 packet of Sukrin Fiber Loaf Mix
1 1/4 cups of water
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Separate the eggs and whisk egg whites to a meringue consistency.
- Pour water and egg yolks into a bowl, then add the loaf mix and combine. Fold in egg whites
- Split the dough into 6 equal pieces. Damp your hands and shape flat hamburger buns. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
