Easy to bake, just add water – no kneading or proofing required

13g carbohydrate per serving – of which 11g are dietary fibers and 1g is erythritol

The loaf is best kept in a bag in the refrigerator, where it will last for 4 to 5 days. May also be sliced and frozen. Delicious toasted

Ingredients: Sugar beet fiber, psyllium husk fiber, whole egg powder, sunflower seeds, chicory root fiber (inulin), sesame seeds, pea protein, resistant corn starch, pea fiber, pumpkin seeds, erythritol, flax seeds, salt, potassium chloride, leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate).
