Chocolate Cookies with Sesame Flour

Make a crisp, buttery and chocolate filled cookie with our low carb Sukrin Sesame Flour! Perfect for those with allergies or diet restrictions that need a sweet chocolate treat.

Ingredients:

5 1/2 tbsps. of Sukrin Gold

1 tsp. of vanilla powder

4 tbsps. of cocoa powder

6 1/4 tbsps. of Sukrin Sesame Flour

1/4 cup of melted butter

1 egg

1 tbsp. of Sukrin Syrup Gold

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients and then add the wet ingredients.
  3. Create small balls, place them on baking paper and press down until they 1/2 to 1 cm thick.
  4. Bake for 11 minutes, then cool on a wire rack. After cooling the cookies will become crisp.
