Mousse Monday – No Churn Chocolate Ice Cream 

For our final recipe featuring our Product of the Month, Sukrin Chocolate Mousse, we show you how to make rich chocolate ice cream. No ice cream maker required!



1 package of Sukrin Chocolate Mousse 

1/2 cup & 1 tbsp. of whole milk (or milk alternative)

















  1. Mix the Sukrin Chocolate Mousse with 1/2 cup and 1 tbsp. of milk in a plastic bowl or plastic cup.
  2. Whisk at full speed for about 3 minutes.
  3. Freeze for approximately 4 hours.
  4. Scoop ice cream into a bowl and serve.
