There are a number of recipes for LCHF friendly/sugar-free jams on the internet. This recipe is extremely easy, only requires 4 ingredients (and water) and is versatile and oh so delicious. The recipe has been adapted and translated from a Danish blog, CDJetteDCs LCHF
Leave berries (strawberries shown) and water to boil at low heat for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat and add chia, vanilla powder and most of Sukrin Gold. If you are using chia seeds and don’t want the texture of the seeds, you can grind them in a coffee grinder before use. Taste and adjust to your desired level of sweetness.
Leave as is or blend, depending on the texture preferred. Store in fridge in a mason jar or similar.
