Low Carb Air Fryer Chicken Wings and Chaffles

Air Fryer Chicken Wings and Chaffles

It’s Air Fryer Friday! Who doesn’t love chicken and waffles? Our President, Pernille, used her Ninja Foodi air fryer and DASH mini maker to make a delicious Keto version of the classic chicken and waffles! These wings have a deep spicy flavor with just the right amount of sweet.

This wing recipe was inspired by Naomi Sherman, you can find the oven cooked wings recipe on LeGaia.com.

The chaffles were made with egg and egg whites to avoid the dreaded “eggy” taste. Also, she used Sesame Flour as it is a great alternative to almond four – better for savory, cheap and nut free! The recipe makes about 4-5 chaffles, DON’T overfill the mini Dash, it makes a mess!
