Chocolate Protein Bars
Easy to make and packed with a sweet chocolate taste, these protein bars will be your new go-to snack! Whenever you need a protein boost or a healthy treat to satisfy your sweet tooth, just take a few minutes to make these bars and you’ll be good to go for the rest of the week.
Ingredients:
4 tbsps. of Sukrin Syrup Gold
4 tbsps. of whey protein powder (chocolate flavor)
1 tsp. of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp. of Sukrin Icing
Directions:
- Heat the Sukrin Syrup Gold in the microwave on full power for 20 seconds (or in a saucepan), until syrup starts bubbling and reaches a runny consistency.
- Add the protein powder, cocoa powder, and Sukrin Icing. Mix well into a solid dough.
- Knead the dough with wet hands and shape into protein bars (you can also use the back of two spoons if the dough is too sticky to handle with hands).
- Place finished bars on baking sheet and place in the fridge to set for 10 minutes.
