INGREDIENTS:
Crust:
1 cup of Sukrin Sesame Flour
8 ounces of shredded mozzarella
1 teaspoon of salt
Toppings:
3 tablespoons of organic tomato sauce
2 sausage links,
1 ounce of shredded mozzarella
12 slices of pepperoni
¼ of a small red onion, cut into wedges
METHOD:
Pre-heat oven to 425° F, fan forced.
Place the shredded mozzarella into a microwave safe bowl and heat on high for 1 minute.
Stir and then heat in 30 second bursts until melted.
Add the sesame flour and salt and mix to form a smooth dough.
Roll the dough out in-between sheets of baking paper until it forms a circle about 11 inches wide.
Prick all over with a fork and bake for 10 minutes.
Reduce the oven heat to 375⁰ and let the crust cool for 5 minutes before adding toppings.
While the crust is baking, break up and brown your sausage meat.
After the crust has cooled, spread the tomato sauce, sausage, red onion and pepperoni on top and then scatter the mozzarella over the top.
Bake again for 12 minutes.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days
