Keto Blackberry White Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients:
5/8 cup almond flour
2 tablespoons coconut flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup Sukrin Monk
1 1/2 tablespoon Coconut Oil
2 eggs
1 1/2 tablespoon vanilla
2 oz blackberries
A handful of ChocZero White Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375F
Mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder and salt in one bowl.
Mix Sukrin Monk, coconut oil, eggs and vanilla in another.
Mix the egg mixture thoroughly for 1-2 minutes.
Add the flour mixture.
Add blackberries.
Add ChocZero White Chocolate Chips.
Mix
Pour into muffin tin.
Bake for 15-17 Minutes or until the test stick comes out clean.
