Guest Post: Peanut Flour Mug Cake
Recently, we sent the very talented low-carb blogger Kim at Low Carb Maven a sample of our delicious Sukrin Peanut Flour. One very delicious outcome of this is a fantastic couple of recipes for Peanut Flour Mug Cake and Chocolate Peanut Flour Mug Cake. Peanut Flour Mug Cake
3 tablespoons Sukrin Peanut Flour
1 tablespoon Sukrin:1 (or more if desired)
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1 pinch salt
1 large egg yolk
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon water
Mix the dry ingredients together in a mug with a fork. Add the yolk, mayonnaise and water. Blend completely and microwave for 50 seconds (depending on your microwave). Let cool for 1 minute before enjoying.

Chocolate Peanut Flour Mug Cake
1 1/2 tablespoons Sukrin Peanut Flour
1 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon Sukrin:1 (or more if desired)
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1 pinch salt

1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon water
